1. Purpose & Scope
Our community guidelines are designed to ensure that Sencorp Games remains a safe, inclusive, and enjoyable environment for everyone. By participating in our games, forums, social media channels, and other community spaces, you agree to follow these rules and help maintain a positive atmosphere.
These guidelines apply to all interactions within our ecosystem, including in-game chat, usernames, player profiles, reviews, social media posts, and any other form of communication related to Sencorp Games.
2. Fair Play & Game Integrity
We believe gaming should be fair and skill-based. To maintain game integrity:
- No cheating or hacking. Do not use unauthorized third-party software, mods, scripts, or exploits to gain unfair advantages.
- No bug exploitation. If you discover a bug or glitch, report it to our support team instead of exploiting it for personal gain.
- No account sharing or boosting. Accounts are personal. Do not share login credentials or pay for boosting services.
- Play by the rules. Follow the spirit of the game and compete based on skill, strategy, and practice.
Players caught cheating or exploiting will face penalties ranging from temporary suspensions to permanent bans, depending on severity and frequency.
3. Respectful Conduct
Treat all players, moderators, and staff with respect and kindness:
- No harassment or bullying. Do not engage in repeated targeting, personal attacks, or intimidation of other players.
- No hate speech or discrimination. We have zero tolerance for language or behavior based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic.
- No threats or violent language. Do not threaten harm, violence, or doxing against anyone.
- No impersonation. Do not pretend to be Sencorp Games staff, moderators, or other players.
- Be constructive. Disagreements are natural, but express criticism respectfully and constructively.
4. Content & Communication Standards
Keep all content appropriate and suitable for a diverse, global audience:
- Appropriate usernames and profiles. Choose names, avatars, and bios that are not offensive, explicit, or misleading.
- No spam or advertising. Do not flood chat with repetitive messages or advertise unrelated products, services, or websites.
- No explicit or adult content. Keep language, images, and topics suitable for all ages, as our games may be played by minors.
- Respect privacy. Do not share personal information (yours or others'), including real names, addresses, phone numbers, or financial details.
- No scamming or phishing. Do not attempt to deceive, defraud, or trick other players.
5. Reporting & Enforcement
If you witness behavior that violates these guidelines:
- Use in-game reporting tools to flag inappropriate behavior or content directly within the game.
- Contact support at sencorpgames@gmail.com with details, screenshots, or other evidence.
- Do not retaliate. Responding to rule violations with more rule violations only escalates the situation. Let our team handle enforcement.
Enforcement Actions
Depending on the severity and frequency of violations, we may take the following actions:
- Warning: First-time minor violations may result in a warning and education about the rules.
- Temporary suspension: Repeated or moderate violations may result in temporary account suspension (hours to days).
- Permanent ban: Severe or repeated violations (cheating, hate speech, harassment) may result in permanent account termination.
- Platform-level action: In cases involving threats, illegal activity, or terms of service violations, we may report users to platform providers (e.g., Google Play, App Store).
All enforcement decisions are made at our discretion and are final. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts without prior warning for egregious violations.
6. Appeals Process
If you believe you were unfairly suspended or banned:
- Email sencorpgames@gmail.com with the subject line "Account Appeal"
- Include your username, account ID (if available), and a detailed explanation
- Our team will review your case and respond within 5-10 business days
Please note that not all appeals will result in reinstatement. Decisions made after review are final.
7. Positive Community Contributions
We encourage players to actively contribute to a positive community:
- Welcome new players. Help newcomers learn the game and feel included.
- Share knowledge. Offer tips, strategies, and advice to help others improve.
- Celebrate achievements. Congratulate others on their successes and milestones.
- Give constructive feedback. Share your ideas for game improvements respectfully through official channels.
- Lead by example. Model the behavior you want to see in the community.
8. Moderator & Staff Conduct
Our moderators and community managers are here to help maintain a positive environment. They may:
- Remove content that violates these guidelines
- Issue warnings, suspensions, or bans for rule violations
- Request clarification or additional context about reported incidents
Moderators are volunteers or staff members acting in good faith. Treat them with respect. Disagreements with moderation decisions should be appealed through official channels, not argued publicly.
9. Updates to These Guidelines
We may update these guidelines periodically to address new challenges, community feedback, or changes in our games and platforms. Significant changes will be communicated through:
- In-game announcements or notifications
- Posts on our official website and social media
- Email updates to registered players (where applicable)
Continued participation in our community after updates are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised guidelines.
