1. Acceptance of Terms

4. License & Ownership

We grant you a personal, limited, revocable, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the Services solely for your own entertainment. All content, games, assets, code, trademarks, and intellectual property remain the property of Sencorp Games and its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express permission.

5. Acceptable Use

• Use cheats, bots, hacks, or exploits to gain unfair advantages
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Services
• Harass, bully, or engage in hate speech toward other users
• Post illegal, infringing, obscene, or harmful content
• Attempt to circumvent security measures or access restricted systems
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation
• Use the Services for any commercial purpose without permission

6. User-Generated Content (UGC)

If the Services allow UGC (e.g., player names, avatars, messages, reviews), you grant us a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, display, reproduce, modify, and use that UGC to operate, promote, and improve the Services. You represent that you have all necessary rights to submit such content and that it does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws. We reserve the right to moderate, remove, or refuse UGC that violates these Terms.

7. Virtual Items & Purchases

Virtual currency, items, and other digital goods are licensed, not sold. They have no real-world value and may not be transferred, sold, or exchanged for real money. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue virtual items at any time. All purchases are processed by platform providers (e.g., Google Play, App Store) and are subject to their terms, payment methods, and refund policies.

8. Third-Party Services & Links

The Services may integrate third-party SDKs, APIs, or link to external websites and services. Those services are governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for the content, practices, or availability of third-party services.

9. Changes, Updates & Availability

We may update, modify, remove, or change features, content, or functionality at any time for any reason, including but not limited to security, balancing, performance, or legal compliance. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free operation of the Services.

10. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you violate these Terms, platform rules, applicable laws, or if we discontinue the Services. We may also take action without notice if necessary to protect the Services or other users. You may stop using the Services at any time. Upon termination, your license ends and you must cease all use.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SENCORP GAMES AND ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sencorp Games, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or related to: (a) your use or misuse of the Services, (b) your violation of these Terms, (c) your infringement of any third-party rights, or (d) any UGC you submit.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in your region, without regard to conflict of law principles, unless otherwise required by platform rules or mandatory consumer protection laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Services shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update, modify, or replace these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with an updated "Last updated" date. We may also notify you via in-app messages or other means. Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
