Yes! We're fully remote-friendly with async workflows and flexible hours. Some roles may benefit from overlap with CET timezone for team collaboration, but it's not required.
We primarily focus on senior talent due to our team size and pace. However, we occasionally consider exceptionally talented junior developers with strong portfolios and a passion for game development.
We primarily use Unity for mobile titles and Unreal Engine for PC projects. We choose the best tool for each project's specific needs and requirements.
